What You Will Do
This position blends traditional cosmetology skill with advanced hair replacement services.
- Consult with clients in a respectful, private, and professional setting
- Cut, blend, and style wigs, toppers, toupees, and hair systems
- Assist with hair replacement maintenance appointments
- Help clients understand their options and feel comfortable with the process
- Support a clean, professional, client-focused salon environment
- Continue learning specialized techniques through hands-on training
Who We Are Looking For
Licensed Stylist
You should have an active Iowa cosmetology license or be close to completing licensure requirements.
Detail-Oriented
Hair replacement requires precision. Cutting, blending, placement, and client communication all matter.
Compassionate
Our clients need someone who listens, respects privacy, and understands that hair loss can be deeply personal.
Compensation and Career Growth
